In Tempio Pausania, in northern Sardinia, we find @pizzeria_bosco by Massimo Bosco.
Massimo began his career as a pizza chef almost by chance, but with commitment and determination, his passion grew, leading him to open his own pizza shop in 2008, relying on Moretti Forni for the baking process.

Today, he owns a #serieS and two #serieP ovens, stating:
"I can do everything with these ovens: tray pizza, for which I have also received important awards, bread, panettone, and really anything you can imagine, always with top-level results.

@marcellofalsaperla and his partner Mariangela are the protagonists of the culinary format @chefinpasta in Pero! Their experience in the restaurant industry has led to a modern reinterpretation of deli, combined with fresh pasta and bakery products.

“Initially, to test our product, we baked bread in the oven we also used for other preparations. Once we realised that we could succeed with bakery products as well, we immediately chose Moretti Forni #serieS oven because those in the industry know it’s the best.

Our customers noticed it right away too: the products finally had that perfect baking that made them even more delicious, and bread became a best seller.

This oven is incredibly convenient for managing the bread baking process, ensuring consistent results every time. It has a large capacity and most importantly the product has the right development and a crispy crust.
In addition to various bread formats, we make sweet and savoury focaccias, pan and tray-baked pizzas. We also pre-bake and reheat them. Using a deep pan, we even slow-cook our ragù for 4-5 hours.

Despite the oven big size, our bill remained unchanged, and we are truly satisfied with its energy consumption.”
