Let’s see all the steps: Oven-baked fish skewers au gratin INGREDIENTS (for about 15/20 skewers) 2 kg Squid 1 kg Prawns 500 g Breadcrumbs Oil Salt Herbs (parsley, rosemary) and lemon zest to taste Wooden sticks Heat: S series Multibake, 200 °C, 35% top and 35% deck – cooking time 15 minutes. METHOD Clean and rinse the squid in cold water, cut into equal parts 3×3 cm. Peel and devein the prawns. Thread 1 prawn and 1 piece of squid alternated onto the skewers. Place them on a baking tray, season with oil, salt and pepper. Coat in breadcrumbs, flavoured with herbs or lemon zest.
