Anni ‘60 - ‘80
Moretti Forni snc
In 1966, Moretti Forni snc. was founded. After new company foundation, success followed thanks to its first modular gas ovens, designed by the company, then ovens for ceramic were produced and this allows the company to test high temperatures in depths.
At the end of the 80’s, Moretti Forni got the European leadership for the production of professional pizza and pastry ovens.
1995
The advent of electronics
The first electronic ovens appear on the market, a real turning point in temperature regulation technology. There is an exponential growth in machine precision, increasing their performances and becoming a real support for professional bakers.
2003
The first conveyor oven
serieT range represents a generational leap in the history of conveyor ovens. International patents and two primary goals achieved: unparalleled baking quality and the lowest temperature of the external surfaces for its category.
2011
The first baking Academy.
Moretti LAB – Learn And Bake
, the first Academy in the world focused on baking, is founded to increasingly spread awareness about the importance of heat as an ingredient.
Students from all over the world come to Mondolfo to attend pizza, bread, and pastry workshops led by the most important trainers in the field.

Neapolis

- The wood burning oven becomes electric
From the continuous evolution that characterizes Moretti Forni, comes Neapolis, the first and unique electric oven able to reach 510°C in just 1 hour and 45 minutes. Patented design, optimized heating elements, and special materials make Neapolis an oven with no equals, capable of joining in a single solution

New Moretti Forni branch in US
A significant step forward in the strategical North American market with
the opening of a new branch located in Miami

The first electric oven for pastry.
Everything starts when Placido Moretti, a true pioneer, creates and patents his first electric oven for pastry in a small artisan laboratory in Pesaro, while all around him bakers were using wood burning ovens almost exclusively. The success was immediate and led to the foundation of

Integrated Solutions Provider
Moretti Forni opens to globalization of markets by studying a specific range of new products, also “entry-level” ones, in order to attract the increasing foreign demand. The company integrates the range of products with complementary equipment and becomes one of the first to offer complete solutions for pizzerias: the first baking “systems” were born.

The new headquarters
Our sixtieth anniversary is celebrated in the modern headquarters in Mondolfo, a building of more than 10 thousand square meters, designed for a more rational, efficient and safe production, always caring for environmental protection.

After two intensive years of studies, Moretti Forni launched on the market serieS, an innovative high-tech oven — its functionality and design have a sole aim:
the reduction of energy consumption by 30%.

The perfect baking is now available at home. Moretti Forni created and patented Proven, the first and unique professional oven in the world that can be used at home as well, compact and with low consumption. Its innovative and patented design is acknowledged and awarded with Smart Label at Host2019 and allows Proven to participate at the final phases of XXVI Compasso d’Oro and Exhibition at
ADI Design Museum
in Milan, in 2020.
