Meet the pizza maker Diego Vitagliano!

Diego Vitagliano, Neapolitan pizzaiolo born in 1985, is part of the new generation of young pizza makers.

 

He has won several awards for his pizzas, including the 1st place in Italy on 50 Top Pizza competition in 2023. He was also awarded Dough Master in 2022 and received 3 Spicchi from Gambero Rosso in 2021-2022.

 

Diego is known for his innovative approach to traditional Neapolitan pizza, using high-quality raw materials and experimenting with dough to create unique and delicious pizzas that blend tradition and modernity.

Will I need to pay for the masterclass?
Nope, there won’t be any charges to attend to this exclusive event. But, because spots are limited, reservations are mandatory.

 

Can I bring someone with me?
Absolutely!
Just remember to reserve a spot for them as well. Alternatively, you can drop an email to marco@modalita.com to let us know.

 

Who can participate in the event?
The event is exclusively open to HORECA professionals, including pizza makers, restaurateurs, food entrepreneurs and food influencers.
