Meet Massimo and Nick, founders of L’Industrie!

Massimo Laveglia, born and raised in Pistoia, Italy, came to America  in 2014 to pursue his dream of playing soccer.

After a few years in New York City the pizzeria industry found him. He was looking to start a business and found L’industrie Pizzeria in 2017 and with no previous pizza experience slowly worked to get it where it is today.

 

Nick Baglivo, born and raised in New York City, worked in delis and restaurants most of his life and in 2018 left his job as a sous chef to work alongside Massimo at L’industrie and make pizza.

Will I need to pay for the masterclass?
Nope, there won’t be any charges to attend to this exclusive event. But, because spots are limited, reservations are mandatory.

 

Can I bring someone with me?
Absolutely!
Just remember to reserve a spot for them as well. Alternatively, you can drop an email to marco@modalita.com to let us know.

 

Who can participate in the event?
The event is exclusively open to Food Service professionals, including pizza makers, restaurateurs, and food entrepreneurs.
